A journey into the sites and the soul of this vibrant and storied port city of Valparaíso, Chile. Directed by acclaimed French documentarian, Vincent Moon,
In 2001 Argentina underwent a devastating economic collapse. Denied access to what little of their savings was left, people once again turned to the streets and the walls to help cope with the disaster.
In the mid-70s, Argentina's democratically elected governmental was overthrown in a military coup. The consequent dictatorship began the "disappearing" of an estimated 30,000 dissidents, intellectuals, trade unionists, and students deemed subversive. In a time of fierce and violent repression, artists once again found their voice in the walls of the Buenos Aires.
